“Enchanted Evenings Dinner Package”

Wild Rice & Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden

July 8 – September 2, 2011

Enjoy enchanting summer evenings of dinner and music in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown with a special package that includes a pre-concert menu from Wild Rice Restaurant and a ticket to the ever-popular “Enchanted Evenings” music series at the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden.

This year, a dynamic selection of artists will perform under the stars on Friday evenings at Vancouver’s Chinese Garden – from the passionate voices of the Universal Gospel Choir to the trademark blues style of Vancouver’s own Jim Byrnes.

To make the evenings even more memorable, Wild Rice Executive Chef Todd Bright has created a deliciously tempting menu for concertgoers, as part of a specially priced package.  The Wild Rice “Enchanted Evenings” menu offers a choice of two out of three courses and includes a choice of beverage.  Wild Rice guests can select from the following:

Appetizers:  Curry vegetable potstickers, crispy seafood wontons, or mixed Asian vegetable spring rolls
Entrees: Buddha’s curry with Maple Hill chicken, house Chinese BBQ duck and pork with Shanghai noodle, or organic tofu Kung Po on rice noodle
Desserts: Ginger panna cotta, flourless chocolate torte, or Key lime pie.

Beverages:  North Bluff White Wine, Phoenix Lager or Jade Green Tea.

The concert “menu” for the “Enchanted Evenings” series is just as delectable:
