The hotel’s Head Chef Ken Nakano will prepare a sumptuous West Coast-inspired brunch buffet featuring wild rice salad with shrimp, asian pear and grilled scallions, and pan seared spring salmon with red onion and pancetta relish. A sushi bar with snow crab legs, fresh oysters and shrimp terrine will add to the this delicious feast, fit for the most imporant member of the family. More classic brunch items such as brioche french toast, an eggs benedict station and a carving station of perfectly smoked and roasted meats complete the brunch experience.

In addition to the theme, the Kris Covlin Trio will be playing nostalgiac hits of ragtime and hot jazz music from the 1920s to accompany the occasion throughout the afternoon.
