Our provincial neighbours to the east have drummed up quite a name for themselves in the dining scene over the last few years, becoming known for their rustic sophistication and ethnic influences. Alberta is quickly gaining the reputation as one of the country’s dining ‘hot spots’ and Edible Canada is excited to bring in some of the provinces top change-making chefs to star in the fourth dinner of their 2015 Coast-to-Coast Series. The talented chefs representing the region are a true testament to the vibrant and growing food scene ‘next door’.

Showcasing the best of the west, preparing the dinner will be Gold Medal Plate award-winning chefs Dave Bohati of Market in Calgary, Eden Hrabec of Canmore’s Crazyweed Kitchen, and Blair Lebsack of Rdg Rd in Edmonton. With accolades such as ‘Best New Restaurant 2014’ and ‘Top 50 Best Restaurants in Canada’, these chefs will be bringing their ‘A’ game. The regionally inspired feast will offer up the flavours of this fertile region and give guests the chance to experience what all the hype is about.

Each of these talented chefs will be contributing a course based on ingredients from their specific region so guests will get a taste of the various regions that are driving the Alberta food scene.
