Asian Fiesta with House Wines

Vancouver has a well-documented love affair with Asian food but something about the summer makes us crave it even more. From sushi to spicy Indian cuisine, these foods have a reputation for being hard to pair with wine. While we recommend a bit more care, there are plenty of options. Come and try some of favourite matches like Riesling, Grüner Veltliner and Pinot Noir and taste how they stand up to the intense flavours and spices. By special request of our regulars, we will kicking off this summer party with a sabering demonstration.
