Blue RodeoOn Tuesday, November 4, at 7:30 p.m., Vancouver’s Orpheum Theatre will be abuzz with some great Canadian artists in support of the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness. Blue Rodeo will be joined by special guests Dustin Bentall, Kendel Carson and country band High Valley for an evening of great music. Concert proceeds will support the 20,000 Homes Campaign, which is a national movement of communities working together to permanently house 20,000 of Canada’s most vulnerable homeless by July 1, 2018. “The un-natural disaster of homelessness in Canada requires urgent and immediate action,” says Tim Richter, President & CEO of the CAEH, “Band Together will help us reach out to Canadians through music and build the growing movement to end homelessness.”

Band Together is taking place in connection with the second annual National Conference on Ending Homelessness taking place November 3 to 5 at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel in Vancouver. The conference will bring more than 700 policy makers, funders, researchers, advocates, community leaders, front line workers and people with lived experience of homelessness to Vancouver in support of a shared mission to end homelessness in Canada.
