From 4pm to 6pm, Granville Street’s best downtown restaurants, bars and clubs will be participating in a ‘Show and Taste’ where the public can get a sampling of the finest foods the area has to offer from: Circa Restaurant & Lounge, ShuRaku Sake Bar & Bistro, Granville Room, Sip Resto-Lounge, The Refinery Market, Deuce Bungalow, The Edge Social Lounge & Grille and Sanafir. Stop by the ‘Show and Taste’ tables in the 700 and 1000 block to take the tasting tour. Be sure to grab a ‘Taste and Show’ passport and get it stamped at every participating restaurant when you sample the food and you’ll be entered into Grand Prize draw for a night out at Circa Restaurant & Lounge (valued at $250)!

Bartending Competition at the Edge Social Grille and Lounge:
At 4pm Bartenders from across Granville Street will gather at the Edge Social Grille and Lounge (1100 Granville Street) to compete for title of Granville Street’s Top Tender! Not only will you get a chance to see the city’s best bartenders go head to head, but this is sure to be a newsworthy event as competitors will be judged by various Vancouver-based media personnel.
