Grab your gourmet popcorn and your seat, and join the Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver on a culinary journey to Japan with this inspired take on the classic pairing of dinner and a movie. The Shangri-la opens the doors to its custom private Blue Moon theatre for a screening of “Jiro Dreams of Sushi”; a documentary film by David Gelb that follows Jiro Ono, an 85-year-old sushi master on his continuing quest to perfect the art of sushi.

Following the exclusive screening, tantalise your taste buds with a four-course dinner inspired by the movie itself. This exclusive dinner has been created by Chef de Cuisine, Montgomery Lau, based on his own experiences with the Jiro family during his travels to Japan in 2013.

With only 36 seats available per screening, Film Feast is sure to be the hot ticket during the 2014 Dine Out Vancouver Festival!
