National Chefs Conference, CCFCC 2011, June 12 – 15, 2011

Chefs and culinary enthusiasts can sample an assortment of events at the 48th CCFCC National Chefs Conference, June 12 – 15, 2011 in Vancouver. Hosted by the Canadian Culinary Federation Culinaire Canadienne (CCFCC) and the BC Chefs’ Association, the conference features culinary challenges, Seminars, and presentations by industry leaders. Leading Chefs speak every day at meals and the learning lounges. New to 2011, Nutritional Break Room with ongoing seminars, attended by over 500 chefs.

“This unique gathering of Canada’s culinary community brings together established chefs and the stars of tomorrow to test their skills, share ideas, and explore new culinary trends,” says conference director Dawn Donahue. “It’s a chance for everyone to learn, play and teach for culinary excellence.”
