Foraging Class & Chef’s Dinner at Nita Lake Lodge

paul moranJoin Chef Paul Moran for a morning of foraging in the Whistler valley. Learn how to search safely for wild and edible plants, shoots, lichens and mushrooms. Later, enjoy a delicious five-course Chef’s dinner in Aura Restaurant with your fellow foragers prepared using the ingredients you found that morning. Classes are Wednesdays through September and October 9:00am – 12:00pm then dinner is at 6:30pm. The class and dinner is $70 per person (+ taxes) but guests may do the foraging class only for $30 or just for the dinner only for $50.
