Fraîche Restaurant’s Community Charity Fundraisers Offer All of the Sparkle and None of the Hassle During HSBC’s Celebration of Light 2009

Nothing says summer in Greater Vancouver like the annual HSBC Celebration of Light fireworks festival – the world’s largest off shore fireworks competition. Be amongst the lucky few to enjoy the show from one of the city’s best vantage points while enjoying a delicious four-course meal prepared by Fraîche Restaurant Executive Chef and Co-Owner Wayne Martin.
Fraîche Restaurant has partnered with the Dr. Peter Aids Foundation and the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation to present two exciting nights of fireworks, food and fun for two very worthy causes as competitors South Africa and China light up the sky. Fraîche will be broadcasting the fireworks’ synchronized music so that guests don’t miss any impact of the sensory spectacle.
Half of the $199 ticket price will go towards the foundation of the night and only 50 seats are available for each evening. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to raise money for charities that really impact the community while celebrating a much-loved Vancouver summer festival,” offers Chef Martin. “I’m inspired to create some culinary pyrotechnics for our guests and look forward to presenting a fabulous four-course menu.”
Details:
- Cost: $199.00 per person (excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity) with $100 going to the foundation of the evening. Pre-booking with credit card deposit required.
- Seating will be assigned based on order of pre-paid bookings with earliest bookings seated closest to windows.
- Only one 8pm seating available for the evening with a maximum of 50 guests.
