Granville Island Brewmaster’s Dinner at Seasons in the Park

Following a recent facelift, Seasons in the Park is poised and ready for its first event of the year. On Tuesday, March 6th, Seasons will host a Brewmaster’s Dinner with Vancouver’s own Granville Island Brewing. After a very successful GIB dinner at The Sandbar, the Sequoia Company of Restaurants is excited to offer another delicious and creative menu, paired with a lineup of award-winning, local beers.

While enjoying a specially created 5-course menu by the talented culinary team at Seasons, guests will learn about the process and history at Granville Island Brewing’s from the local brew master himself, Vern Lambourne. From a Grilled Pork Tenderloin paired with the Kitsilano Maple Cream Ale, to Braised Beef Sliders served with the Limited Release Irish Red, this hearty, flavourful dinner is sure to leave you feeling satisfied, and a little saucy. Arrive at 6:00pm sharp for Vern’s reception in the newly renovated Seasons Winebar.

Tickets are $65 per person including tax and gratuity, and can be purchased through Seasons in the Park or the Granville Island retail store. Please contact Rita Holmberg, Seasons’ Event Coordinator ar 604.874.8008 or seasonsevents@vancouverdine.com, or call Granville Island Brewing at 604.687.2379.

The Sequoia Company of Restaurants was founded in 1978 when the present owner Brent Davies renovated and opened The Teahouse Restaurant in Stanley Park. Over the past 13 years, Brent has opened Seasons in the Park, Cardero’s in Coal Harbour and The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant on Granville Island. All four award-winning restaurants serve fresh, West Coast cuisine paired with exceptional service, and can accommodate large, private parties, from business conferences to intimate weddings.
