Inniskillin Ice Wine paired with Chef Anna Olson at Ontario Pavilion

Celebrity chef Anna Olson, host of the hit Food Network television shows, ‘Sugar’ and ‘Fresh with Anna Olson’, seen in Canada as well as in 40 countries worldwide. Anna will be joined by chef and culinary instructor Michael Olson.

This culinary powerhouse couple will demonstrate their mantra, “What grows together goes together” during intimate prep time (for public demonstrations to take place Monday and Tuesday from 1:00pm – 2:30pm in the Ontario Pavilion paired to wines from Canada’s Inniskillin and Jackson-Triggs). Chefs Anna & Michael Olson will showcase the preparation of the following menu:

  • Caramelized Onion & Apple Tart With Fresh Goat Cheese
  • Dry Glazed Pork Tenderloin With Tart Cherry Gastrique
  • Icewine Fruit & Cream Trifle

About Anna & Michael Olson

Celebrity chef Anna Olson is best known as the host of Food Network Canada’s Sugar and Fresh with Anna Olson. She has authored six cookbooks, two of which were written with her husband Michael, a well-noted chef and culinary instructor.
