    Even though it’s right downstairs from my place, I’ve only attended LTS once… but that’s soon to change, likely on “Roasted Veal Sweetbread and Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Leg with Pan Seared Pollenta and Caponata” night. Sweetbread AND polenta? Tugging on my heartstrings much?
