MOMENT Is a pop up installation dedicated to sparking curiosity about mindfulness.
We aim to make mindful meditation simple, and accessible.
We believe that meditation allows us to take more responsibility of our mind and our mental health.
By changing the way we think, we can change our own lives as well as the world around us.


HOW IT WORKS:

1. STOP BY

Come find us at The Chinatown Experiment- 434 Columbia Street between September 9th-12th.

2. TUNE IN

Pick up an iPod when you enter, find yourself a comfy spot in our lounge, and listen to a 5, 10, or 15 minute guided meditation of your choice that will help you tune in to you.

3. GO

Return aforementioned iPod. Leave our space with a skip in your step, and spread the word. Repeat steps 1-3 as many times as you want.
