After a summer away from the kitchen, it can be intimidating to open a recipe book. Have no fear: Chef Geoff Lundholm of North Vancouver’s Moustache Café can help you get back in the culinary groove with his series of Monday night cooking classes. Each $75 class includes recipes, a three-course dinner and wine.
Located half a block west of Lonsdale on 2nd, in the heart of North Vancouver’s LoLo District, the Moustache Café is a favourite among locals and tourists alike. Owner, Chef Lundholm is looking forward to sharing his culinary tips and techniques as he hosts the Monday night classes.
Each class will include a hands-on demonstration of the dishes being served, and is suitable for everyone from kitchen neophytes to accomplished cooks.
