DINING OUT FOR LIFE
Dining Out for Life is an idea in extremely good taste. Join us for dinner on March 25th and 25% of your food bill will be donated to A Loving Spoonful and Friends for Life.
Goldfish joins more than 200 restaurants from Whistler to White Rock and across the Fraser Valley that are participating in the Dining Out for Life program this year.
Invite your friends our for a few small plates or take the family out to dinner that evening. Either way, you’ll be feeding more than your nearest and dearest. Check our menus here.
SAKÉ BAR
Goldfish has a gold in saké. Yes, that’s what we’ve been told recently, so it’s only natural to brag about it now. Here are a few stand-outs.
Bizen “Unfiltered” Jumai Nigori. This is a dry nigori (cloudy) unfiltered saké. It has a nose of bananas and cinnamon spice. It is ripe, rich and savory with a lovely almond-like flavour . Pair it with our WOK TOSSED TEMPURA SQUID.
Indigo wind sparkling junmai. This sparkling saké is rather uncommon. It is made in the same fashion as a regular saké except that fermentation is stopped when a certain degree of alcohol is reached. It’s a refreshing drink and pairs perfectly with spicy dishes like our WASABI ALBACORE.
Momokawa ‘moonstone’. This one has lush aroma of fresh off the tree Asian Pear Apple, creamy body with big pear flavors and a hint of sweetness. A truly enjoyable drink whether with a meal or on its own. Pair it with our BANANA LEAF STEAMED LING COD or HOISIN SAKE GLAZED SABLEFISH.
