Swing by Oyama on Friday, December 14th from 9am to 1pm and sample the Swedish Ham, which is available as a whole or half and comes with simple cooking instructions. Or take a gander at the extensive selection of sausage, rillettes, pate, terrine and galettes, hand crafted in house by master sausage maker John van der Lieck. Next week sees the arrival of 3 different Pates en Croute – Richelieu, with Duck Breast & Pistachio; Imperial, with Pork Tenderloin, Plums & Pickled Walnuts or Game, with Rabbit, Duck, Venison & Pheasant.
