Chef Tina Fineza is one of Vancouver’s most vibrant chefs. When we found about about her battle with stage 3 breat cancer, we felt inclined to celebrate our respect for her and help raise funds for her ongoing battle.
On Sunday, Nov. 23, we’re going to throw a Primograno Pasta Party for Chef Tina Fineza. 6+ courses paired with wines and cocktails. MC’ed by Mijune Pak (Follow Me Foodie), cocktails by Jay Jones (Vancouver Canucks), a flight of snacks by the Chefs and students of Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver, 4 courses of Rustichella d’Abruzzo Primograno Pasta by Chefs Angus An (Maenam, Longtail Kitchen), JC Poirier (Ask For Luigi, Pourhouse, Pizzeria Farina), Pino Posteraro (Cioppino’s Mediteranean Grill) and Alex Tung(La Grotta Del Formaggio), dessert by Jen Peters and Hamid Salimian (NextJen Gluten Free) and mignardise by Christophe Bonzon (Chez Christophe). It’s going to a great night, limited to 50 tickets. Tickets will go on sale on October 31 at 9:00am and will be on a first come, first served, basis. This event will sell out very quickly, so make sure you log on precisely at 9:00am to avoid disappointment. Along with the outstanding meal, there will also be a very exciting live auction with with great packages and special guests throughout the evening.
