Learn how to make Pear Tree Classics like Scallop Tartar and Beef with local Spot Prawns, paired with delicious Gewürztraminer and Syrah from Vista D’oro Winery. This is followed by the ultimate dessert of Strawberry Shortcake with nuts paired with D’oro Walnut fortified port.
You will learn to cook like a chef in the professionally appointed kitchens at Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver. All proceeds of this cooking class benefit Les Dames d’Escoffier scholarship funds for women furthering their education in the food, beverage and hospitality sectors.
