Celebrate the birth of Scotland’s favourite son and address the haggis for auld lang syne as Café Medina owner Robbie Kane and Executive Chef Jonathan Chovancek mark Robbie Burns Night with a welcome reception and three-course, family-style dinner paired with cocktails prepared by “bonnie lass” and award-winning bartender Lauren Mote.
Chovancek’s canapés and West Coast-by-way-of-Scotland courses will be paired with inspired Scottish whisky cocktails highlighting sponsors Bittered Sling Extracts, Highland Park, Macallan, Famous Grouse and Laphroaig.
