Located in Sooke, BC, 45 minutes west of Victoria, The EdGe restaurant is a new eatery sure to quickly gain a loyal following. The bright, colourful and roomy restaurant offers a menu showcasing the Island’s finest fare. Chef Edward Tuson, former long time executive chef of Sooke Harbour House, who has been celebrated for his inventive talent and passion for delectable and carefully crafted local cuisine, brings this to his new venture. Owned and operated by Tuson and his companion Gemma Claridge, The EdGe serves up incredibly satisfying dishes such as curried cauliflower soup with green olives and housemade pulled pork and the delectable creamy linguine with braised lamb, peas, mushrooms, chives and parmesan with Caesar salad topped with housemade bacon. Complete with a menu that is just for kids, The EdGe serves up homey, yummy food, sure to please any palate. The EdGe is open Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner.
