Spot prawn season with an East Coast meets West Coast lobster and spot prawn menu.

At Le Gavroche…. In celebration of British Columbia’s spot prawn season, Le Gavroche is bringing together coastal crustaceans from the both sides of the country in a special menu that pairs Atlantic lobster with B.C. spot prawns.

For a mere $35, guests can enjoy a three-course meal (available for both lunch and dinner), prepared by Executive Chef Robert Guest, that showcases the delicious decapods in classic French preparations with avant-garde twists.

And because a meal at Le Gavroche wouldn’t be complete without fine wines, guests can treat themselves to expert wine pairings from proprietor Manny Ferreira for an additional $25.

Reservations can be made on OpenTable, or by calling the restaurant at 604.685.3924.
