Bill Eggert is always an interesting winemaker to dine with and here’s your chance at Tapenade Bistro on February 18, 2015.

Fairview Cellars wonderful wines will be expertly paired with the exciting and exceptional food and service fro Vince Morlet and his team. For a special treat, Bill has agreed to pour his unique and outstanding 2008 botrytis affected Late Harvest Riesling and we will also sample Bill’s Pinot Noir.  Sip pre-releases and try a side by side 2006 and a 2012 The Bear’s Meritage.
