Celebrating the Odd Bits – Barbara Jo’s Book to Cooks Event at Cibo

Monday, November 28 · 6:30pm – 9:30pm

Non-North American cuisines have long valued the odd-bits and savoury cuts other than tenderloins, breasts and chops. Author Jennifer McLagan rediscovers the delights of these less-celebrated morsels in Odd Bits: How to Cook the Rest of the Animal. This evening we celebrate the odd bits and special guest Jennifer McLagan at Cibo Trattoria where Chef Neil Taylor treats these bits with Italian flare for a truly unique and delicious menu. Wine for this evening is sponsored by LaStella.

Cost: $115.00 (Includes a signed copy of Odd Bits, dinner, wine and gratuities). Please call 604-688-6755 to register for this event.
