Here we present another opportunity to see Yotam Ottolenghi before he jets off to another appearance. Yotam will record a CBC North by Northwest Cooking Club interview with Sheryl MacKay here in the shop, all about his new book, Plenty More.

Chef Brian Skinner, a local chef who is well known for his vegetable creativity, will prepare sample of a recipe from the book for us all to taste after the taping.

Cost: $60, includes a pre-signed copy of Plenty More.

The Israeli-born chef, restaurateur and TV personality has become the most fashionable and modern of cookery writers whose flavourful twists on Middle Eastern food have converted millions world-wide since Ottolenghi: The Cookbook – co-written with fellow Jerusalem native Sami Tamimi – was first published in 2008.
Now, learn more about Yotam as he appears in conversation with talk show host and foodie, Simi Sara. You’ll receive a signed copy of his latest book, the hotly anticipated Plenty More and enjoy tasting some brand new recipes as continues to explore the diverse realm of vegetarian food with a wholly original approach.
