Taste the Excellence of Fine Bourbons at Brix Restaurant Dinner

Vancouverites who appreciate the complex sensory delights of good bourbon are in for a treat.  On Thursday, January 20 2011,  five exclusive bourbons will be featured at a dinner hosted by Brix Restaurant & Wine Bar.  Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley will be on hand to acquaint guests with the special qualities of these exclusive bourbons served over the course of the evening.
Guests will start the evening with a specialty cocktail made with Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.  This product is the result of superior ingredients, a time-honoured traditional process, and of course a secret recipe.
The five-course dinner at Brix Restaurant will allow guests to taste a range of bourbons with complementary cuisine.  Each guest will also receive a complimentary gift at the end of the evening.
