There’s still time to catch the last few days of Vancouver’s Dine Out Vancouver Festival. Chef Nathan Wright has put together this 8-course tasting menu, a delicious collection of beautiful dishes. You’ll need to take some time to enjoy the experience, so be prepared to stay a while.

Egg in a Nest with Caviar, “Tokyo Singapore Tea” Smoked Salmon  Custard, Speck Bacon, and Truffle Aioli. Paired with “Imperial Keemun”. 

Pickled Carrot Salad with Frisse, Pickled Celery, Textures of Carrot, Savory Carrot Cake, Almonds, Dates, “Jade of Africa Tea” Cream Cheese, and Pumpkin seeds. Paired with Jade of Africa Tea-Cocktail

“Camelot Tea” & Sweet Potato Soup with Crème Fraiche, silky smooth and super rich!

“Dignitary’s Tea” Crusted Beef Carpaccio paired with a smoky Tea-Infused Cocktail

Tea-Infused Ling Cod with Parsnips, Pickled Beach Mushrooms and Porcini paired with “Weekend in Moscow Tea”
