Are you feeling as busy as we are? We haven’t even got our tree up yet, but we’re in full holiday mode. We’ll be heading to the Pan Pacific for the Christmas Wish Breakfast, taking some cookie classes and going out to get that tree this week, well, perhaps after the snow. What do this week!

3 Days, 3 Host Restaurants, 3 Top Mexican Chefs

From December 8th through 10th, Sabores CDMX events (Flavours of Mexico City) will see three of Mexico City’s top chefs take over the kitchens of Vancouver restaurants to share culinary highlights from their home region. Chef Andrea Carlson’s Burdock & Co. will host Chef Mario Espinosa; Cacao’s Chef Jefferson Alvarez will cook with Chef Gerardo Vázquez Lugo; and Chef Tret Jordan will share the kitchen at Homer Street Cafe and Bar with Chef José Manuel Baños. Set menu prices will vary. Pan Pacific Christmas Wish Breakfast – December 13

We’re so excited about this one that we’re staying the night at the hotel so we don’t miss it! Vancouverites flock to the Pan Pacific Hotel the annual Christmas Wish Breakfast, donating new, unwrapped toys to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau, in order to make Christmas special for families in needs. Teenagers are in the most need of toys during the holiday season.
