What’s Good August 11th Edition

What To Do In Vancouver This Week of August

Hard to believe we are hard into the second week of August. Summer’s been good to us so far, but it’s flying by and this smoky haze we have hanging over us is putting a bit of a damper on what would have otherwise been some damn fine days. We went up to the Okanagan last week  and spent some time with my Mom and Dad, visited some Summerland cideries, a brewery, and winery, and had some excellent meals at home with fresh garden produce as well as at some great restaurants. This week it’s been back to the grind and I’ve been trying to get back to my workout routine as well, so hard but I’m hoping the half marathon I am doing this Saturday will motivate me! Wish me luck getting through the Seawheeze and perhaps we’ll see you out at some of my other suggestions for the week!
