Mixing Up A Brown Derby

Our pal Karen is at it again and mixed up The Brown Derby!

From Karen “BROWN DERBY 🍂🐝 I love using Honey in Fall drinks and the Brown Derby is a favourite. This classic cocktail from the golden age of Old Hollywood was named after the famous celebrity spotting restaurant in L.A. Cheers! #whatskarendrinking”

Makes one serving:

@buffalotrace Bourbon 1.5 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. –
.5 oz. honey syrup.

Shake with vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe. To make the honey syrup mix equal parts liquid honey(runny) and warm water until combined.
