Set aside.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Boil<\/strong>\u00a0water for the noodles cook pasta according to package instructions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Season<\/strong>\u00a0chicken with salt and pepper, sriracha, lime, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Heat<\/strong>\u00a0a large skillet or wok until hot.\u00a0<strong>Add<\/strong>\u00a0oil and\u00a0<strong>saut\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0chicken on high heat until cooked through, about 2-3 minutes;\u00a0<strong>remove<\/strong>\u00a0from heat and\u00a0<strong>set aside<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Add\u00a0<\/strong>2 cloves crushed garlic, scallions, carrots, broccoli slaw and\/or bean sprouts and salt,\u00a0<strong>saut\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0until tender crisp, about 1-2 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Drain\u00a0<\/strong>noodles and\u00a0<strong>toss\u00a0<\/strong>with peanut sauce and additional chicken broth if needed to loosen the sauce. When chicken is cooked,<strong>\u00a0toss\u00a0<\/strong>with noodles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Divide<\/strong>\u00a0noodles and chicken between 6 bowls,<strong>\u00a0top<\/strong>\u00a0with sauteed vegetables, bean sprouts, chopped peanuts and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><a
