The Vancouver event is the first of three in the annual summer series, and will feature a striking longtable with a capacity of 300 people, giving guests an opportunity to experience Araxi right in the heart of the city.<\/p>\n<p>Chef James, who is well known for working closely with local farmers, ranchers and fishers, will craft an exclusive four-course menu showcasing his internationally recognized farm-to-table creations.
