The Press\u00e9 Summer Series with DJ Charles Blair, complimentary appetizers from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and drink specials, including a featured press\u00e9 for $6.00 and a Grey Goose cocktails roster for $9.00 each. The evenings run from 4:00 through 8:00 pm with the final night of the series on September 13, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Fresh-pressed and inspired by a favourite French cafe drink, the press\u00e9 is traditionally crafted tableside at sidewalk cafes in France. A simple but balanced blend of vodka, fresh-pressed fruit, sugar and club soda, the press\u00e9 is the perfect way to celebrate summer and all its bounty.<\/p>\n<p>The Press\u00e9 Summer Series will kick off on the patio with\u00a0DJ Charles Blair\u00a0spinning some hot summer beats, signature menu items from the MARKET by Jean-Georges lounge menu, Grey Goose cocktails, and the Citrus Cherry Press\u00e9 as the feature press\u00e9. Guests can expect to be welcomed with local, seasonal, fresh menu items with a global influence that Jean-Georges is known for including the\u00a0<em>Rice Cracker Crusted Tuna, Citrus with Sriracha Emulsion<\/em>\u00a0and the\u00a0<em>Steelhead Sashimi on a bed of Crispy Rice.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>MARKET by Jean-Georges is the first restaurant in Canada for the three-star Michelin chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and the signature restaurant of Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver.
