The ever-increasing costs of maintaining rescue quality equipment and training regimes is a constant burden in the face of uncertain funding sources.\u00a0 We are all so privileged to live in a community that recognizes the need for this service.&#8221;\u00a0 Since this event started in 2000, more than $430,000 has been raised.<\/p>\n<p>Cuisine from the five chefs will be paired with the following premium wines from Jackson Family Wines&#8230;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chef Bernard Casavant, Chef Consultant<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Kendall Jackson Vintner&#8217;s Reserve Sauvignon Blanc<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chef Dustin Harkness, Whistler Cooks Catering<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; La Crema Sonoma Coast Chardonnay<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chef Steve Bjormark, Whistler Blackcomb<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; La Crema Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chef Tory Martindale, Four Seasons Resort Whistler<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Kendall Jackson Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chef Aaron Heath, Araxi Restaurant + Bar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Kendall Jackson Vintner&#8217;s Reserve Zinfandel<\/p>\n<p>In addition to great food and wine, guests will enjoy live and silent auctions throughout the evening; the auctions will be loaded with exciting items generously donated by businesses, artists and individuals in Whistler and throughout B.C.
