Based on a modernized reinterpretation of the classic grill, the casual yet upscale restaurant will be a welcoming place where guests can enjoy a menu of traditional favourites with a local twist, alongside a wide selection of wines by the glass.<\/p>\n<p>Created in an open space that is sleek, simple, clean and fresh, the 105-seat Grill &amp; Vine was designed to be sophisticated enough for the discerning visitor, yet approachable and free-spirited enough to become a social hub for everyone. A comfortable lounge area with soft seating will be sure to entice couples while long<ins cite=\"mailto:Tony%20Cary-Barnard\" datetime=\"2013-07-26T12:43\"> <\/ins>communal wood table tops will please families and groups. A new all day <i>Grab &amp; Go<\/i> will be incorporated into the restaurant with Starbucks\u00ae espresso coffees and a variety of snacks to go.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Chef Bradley Cumming will oversee the kitchen at Grill &amp; Vine. Born and raised in Vancouver, Chef Cumming is fiercely passionate about using fresh <ins cite=\"mailto:Tony%20Cary-Barnard\" datetime=\"2013-07-26T12:43\">and <\/ins>local ingredients. His culinary philosophy replicates a simple approach in his dishes, allowing the natural flavours of food to express themselves. The Grill &amp; Vine\u2019s signature items will include a Woodstone hearth oven featuring artisan pizza and breads, a selection of small plates, and \u201cSimply Grilled\u201d farm to table local selections.<\/p>\n<p>The restaurant\u2019s menu will be complemented by an extensive wine program that includes a wide selection <ins cite=\"mailto:Tony%20Cary-Barnard\" datetime=\"2013-07-26T12:44\">of <\/ins>Canadian and international wines by the glass, carafe, and bottle. An Enomatic Wine Preservation System will be a main focal point of the restaurant with 16 high-end and unique wines by the glass allowing guests to sample a multitude of wines with their food, including a specially prepared wine and cheese<ins cite=\"mailto:Tony%20Cary-Barnard\" datetime=\"2013-07-26T13:11\">\u00a0<\/ins>flight menu.
