Strain, allow to cool and bottle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Banana au Rum<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Dashes of Angostura Bitters<\/li>\n<li>1oz Wray and Nephew rum<\/li>\n<li>1oz Taylor&#8217;s Velvet Falernum<\/li>\n<li>1oz Lime Juice<\/li>\n<li>1oz Clove Syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 Ripe Banana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Special instructions:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clove Syrup 20 Cloves 200g sugar 100ml Water<\/li>\n<li>Heat for 30 minutes until sugar dissolves. Strain, allow to cool and bottle<\/li>\n<li>Muddle banana, put all ingredients in shaker.
