The Shangri-la opens the doors to its custom private Blue Moon theatre for a screening of\u00a0<i>&#8220;Jiro Dreams of Sushi&#8221;<\/i>; a documentary film by David Gelb that follows Jiro Ono, an 85-year-old sushi master on his continuing quest to perfect the art of sushi.<\/p>\n<p>Following the exclusive screening, tantalise your taste buds with a four-course dinner inspired by the movie itself.
