Each year I interview them prior to the challenge and they answer most of my questions. \u00a0Here is the response from\u00a0Chef Lorenzo Loseto <a style=\"font-size: 13px;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.georgeonqueen.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">George Restaurant <\/a>in Toronto.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><b style=\"font-size: 13px;\">What was your first food memory?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Going to Italy and eating so much watermelon, I would need to pee all night. Realizing in Italy that they eat a lot of fish and (at the time) strange bitter vegtables so I would eat only crusty bread and latte e caffe.<\/p>\n<p><b>What was in your elementary school lunch kit?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nutella with toast or a Panini with mortadella and salami, fresh fruit<\/p>\n<p><b>Where did you first learn to cook?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Home<\/p>\n<p><b>Did you attend culinary school \u2013 if so, where?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>George Brown<\/p>\n<p><b>Where has been your favourite place to work to date and why?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>George. From the 1<sup>st<\/sup> day I was able to implement my vision with regards to building the kitchen, designing the menu and food program.
