GLV<\/p>\n<p>Gold-winning Tojo\u2019s of Vancouver Magazine\u2019s \u201cBest upscale Japanese 2013\u201d Restaurant Awards has combined forces with five of Vancouver&#8217;s top Japanese restaurants for the first ever\u00a0<b style=\"font-size: 13px\"><i>Sakura Night<\/i><\/b>\u00a0hosted by Tojo&#8217;s Restaurant on\u00a0<b style=\"font-size: 13px\">March 30, 2014.<\/b> Tojo\u2019s Restaurant, Zen Japanese Restaurant, RawBar at Fairmont Pacific Rim, Seventeen89, Miku Restaurant and Zakkushi will be creating\u00a0seasonal dishes to guarantee an extraordinary standing dinner experience in the elegant ambience of Tojo\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>This special evening event\u00a0opens the 8<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0annual\u00a0<b><i>Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival<\/i><\/b>\u00a0(VCBF) while creating\u00a0delicious culinary memories of Japanese cuisine. Nobu Ochi from Zen will entice appetites with Ocean Wise-certified ingredients and RawBar\u2019s Takayuki Omi will create sensory experiences for the palate with flavours of the Pacific Northwest.\u00a0Daryle Nagata (Seventeen89)\u00a0will tantalize taste buds with his combination of fresh and seasonal local ingredients, Kazuya Matsuoka\u00a0will present Miku\u2019s famed aburi (flame-seared) sushi and\u00a0Masahito Iwamoto will be grilling Zakkushi\u2019s mouth-watering yakitori skewers in-house, sharing the authentic cherry blossom festival experience from Japan with guests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are so excited to be a part of the Festival and celebrate our cherry blossom cultural experience with the creation of\u00a0<b><i>Sakura Night<\/i><\/b>\u00a0~ a new evening opening to the festival.
