It also seems fairly complex, there&#8217;s fresh cut grass, and<\/p>\n<p>Finish:Medium length, warming and semi-smooth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cardamom Cr\u00e8me Brul\u00e9e <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An &#8211; Creme Brulee might go with anything. This upgrade on the classic adds white chocolate &amp; not-so-subtle spice of cardamom to bring out the inherent characteristic of this Bowmore.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Benrinnes 1997 \/ 15 Yrs Old \/ 40% Vol Highland<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Neighbour to Glenfarclus, Dalwaine- malt of choice over Glendullen<\/p>\n<p><b>Nose<\/b>: Sweet and sherried. Fruity with a hint of smoke. Very appealing from the start. Maggi? Stock cubes. Plenty of the lovely &#8216;organics&#8217; that I love in some sherried malts. Furniture wax. Old fruits. Grows very rich and complex. Exquisite! Powerful too. Amazing! Wood (wet, dead oak burning in the autumn). With a drop of water the nose improves even further.<\/p>\n<p><b>Taste<\/b>: Sherried with notable leathery notes. Bittersweet. Sherry dryness with smooth episodes. Very nice. Oaky and smoky. Orange. Long, dry finish with sherry moving back and forth. For a long time my first ever whisky from Benrinnes remained my favourite.<\/p>\n<p><b>WestCoast Breakfast (Bacon) Chocolate<br \/>\n<\/b>To match the most intense of whiskeys, this Triple Smoked, Maple Caramelized Bacon is infused with a wee shot of espresso into a dark milk chocolate. Sit back &amp; enjoy the wonderful balance of sweet and salty.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mortlach 20yr old &#8211; \u2018Sherry Cask\u2019\u2013 46% vol.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Speyside\u00a0 <\/span><\/b>360 bottles worldwide<\/p>\n<p><b>Nose<\/b>: Rich sherry notes. Polished oak. Stewed fruits<\/p>\n<p><b>Mouth<\/b>: Full bodied. Malty and sweet. Raisins and roasted nuts. As well Spice and tobacco create a nice richness and a very great pleasure<\/p>\n<p><b>Finish<\/b>: Smooth and very long. Nice sherry notes contribute to the prolonging of the pleasure. Character and balance; An excellent bottle<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Xoxolat -Venezuela Origin <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>This Venezuela bean is a rich and smooth chocolate with natural flavour notes of red fruit (such as plum or cherry) with slight smoky and woody notes &amp; a hint of raisin note.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Caol Ila 29yr old &#8211; Islay<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nose: Powerful with tar, and leathery smokiness combined with peat.<\/p>\n<p>Taste: Dry, smokiness is replaced with a heated leathery earthiness and a saltiness of the sea that fills your entire mouth.<\/p>\n<p>Finish: Long &amp; smooth with smokiness and medicinal notes resonating throughout<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA true Islay whisky for those who wish to uncover all the unique characteristics of this smoky, peaty earthy powerhouse.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Papua New Guinea 70% -Single origin<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Bold roast, earth &amp; wood notes yield to nuts, red fruit &amp; a hint of smoke.
