Spice Market’s<\/strong>\u00a0executive chef, Anthony Ricco will be in town to kick off a new\u00a0Spice Market<\/strong>\u00a0menu at\u00a0MARKET by Jean-Georges<\/strong>\u00a0here in Vancouver. While here, he will join forces with Montgomery Lau, Chef de Cuisine atMARKET by Jean-Georges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

These two dynamic chefs will create an exciting evening in our shop based on\u00a0Spice Market’s\u00a0<\/strong>Southeast Asian\u00a0street food inspired menu while using West Coast produce.<\/p>\n
