Pellegrino Cooking Cup <\/a>held in Venice, Italy on June 13<sup>th<\/sup> and 14<sup>t<\/sup>\u2014the first time a Canadian chef will compete in the event.\u00a0 One challenge will be is creating an award winning dish in a sailboat galley while it is racing around a course. Crazy!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor sure, it\u2019s an unusual cooking challenge,\u201d said Danny Smiles \u201cCreating a winning dish in a sailboat galley while it\u2019s racing around a course in the Venetian lagoon is hard to imagine. But I\u2019m definitely up for it and honoured S.
