Now, the regional American restaurant is setting its sights on America\u2019s Southwest by featuring a new brunch menu inspired by the sights, sounds and flavours of the U.S. border states.<\/p>\n<p>Chef Tobias Grignon\u2019s twist on regional specialties includes the <strong>Fried Green Tomato B.E.L.T.<\/strong>\u2019s thick-cut hickory-smoked bacon, fried green tomato, arugula, fried egg and baconaise layered on sourdough toast; the <strong>Chili Braised Pork Shoulder<\/strong> skillet featuring Mexican-style pulled pork topped with a perfectly poached egg, hollandaise and house-made salsa verde and <strong>Ham Hock Hash<\/strong> that\u2019s been braised for 16 hours, shredded and combined with baby potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and homemade herbed mustard.<\/p>\n<p>Mamie Taylor\u2019s hasn\u2019t abandoned her roots, however. Guests will still be able to order Southern favourites such as the famous <strong>Biscuit Benny<\/strong> with thick cut bacon or vegetarian mushroom and kale;<strong> Fried Chicken<\/strong> <strong>and Waffles <\/strong>with Bourbon syrup, red cabbage slaw and pickled jalape\u00f1o; and the Steak and Grits \u2014 the only dish in the city that boasts traditional white, hominy grits, direct from down south.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/stevenink.us3.list-manage1.com\/track\/click?u=b7f02bafbeacaf7ac22ed574e&amp;id=9acf8c269c&amp;e=5ab4f00ada\"><em><strong>Mamie
