This year, Miss Universe Canada, Chanel Beckenlehner has joined with IHOP restaurants to serve as an ambassador for the fundraiser.<\/p>\n<p>On National Pancake Day, IHOP Restaurants guests are encouraged to make a voluntary donation to Children\u2019s Miracle Network in exchange for a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes. 2015 marks the second year that IHOP has extended the successful fundraiser to Canada. Participating IHOP restaurants throughout Canada aim to beat last year\u2019s fundraising total of $35,000.
