I&#8217;m book for 2:30 pm so see you there!\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dailey Method Vancouver owners Jey and Karen Wyder warmly invite you to the Grand Opening of their second Vancouver studio in the city\u2019s fitness mecca, Kitsilano, on <strong>Saturday, April 11 from 8 am to 5 pm.<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The studio features a new offering \u2013 <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>Dailey Cycle<\/strong> &#8211; which includes 30 minutes spent on high-performance Schwinn\u00a0Carbon Blue bicycles, followed by 30 minutes of upper body toning, core strengthening and stretching. With The Dailey Method\u2019s signature focus on alignment and form, this class delivers a balanced, full-body workout resulting in a high calorie burn.<\/p>\n<p>Their studio is located at <strong>1735 West 4th Avenue<\/strong><strong>, just east of Burrard Street on the north side, upper level.<\/strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The 3000-square-foot location features two spacious studios, showers and an athletic-wear boutique.<\/p>\n<p>The Dailey Method\u2019s signature barre classes and Dailey Cycle classes will be offered all day.
