It just makes a dish and I am mad about it! So when we heard about this festival a few years back we headed on out, but far too late! This year we&#8217;ll get there early. This year\u00a0there&#8217;s even a chef&#8217;s competition too and you can be the sous chef and help out!<\/p>\n<p><strong>DETAILS!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sunday, August 23, 2015, from 10am-4pm at Richmond\u2019s Terra Nova Park, 2771 Westminster Highway, the largest Garlic Festival in Metro Vancouver joins with Chefs to the Field event. Pairing with the Chefs to the Field event, this year for a true farm-to-plate experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This year\u2019s festival:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Food:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Culinary delicacies from up to 20 popular Metro Vancouver restaurants and culinary academies. Each will serve over 500 donated tasty delicacies to raise money *for the Sharing Farm Society and the Richmond Schoolyard Society.
