Founded at the turn of the 20th century and named for the \u201cAmerican\u201d drink style, now known as the cocktail, it\u2019s no surprise that The American Bar has been vital part of the development of the art and craft of the cocktail.<\/p>\n<p>For over a century, The American Bar has been known not just for its classic cocktail but for having some of the most finest and most creative bartenders in the history of the profession. Luca is himself a Diagio World Class England finalist, and he will be featuring cocktails straight from the menu of The American Bar throughout the evening.<\/p>\n<p>The Blackbird Public House will be offering feature drink prices throughout the night for this celebration of cocktail craft, and Luca will be mixing and pouring throughout.<\/p>\n<p>This special event is presented with the support of the <strong>Canadian Professional Bartenders Association<\/strong> and <strong>Sovereign Spirits<\/strong>.
