Edible Canada will be\u00a0hosting a dinner of our own designed to showcase the amazing featured wines. The focus for Top Drop is on terroir-influenced, handcrafted wines, and the people behind them. This event is about\u00a0the importance in farming one\u2019s own fruit and being constantly engaged with grape-growers to ensure sustainability and a high standard of viticultural practices.<\/p>\n<p>This dinner will be hosted and prepared by Chef Sarah Stewart, for a lucky group of 30 guests in our private dining space. Come share the long table, and enjoy select wines from five amazing British Columbian vineyards.
