Chef Matt Dean Pettit of Toronto\u2019s Rock Lobster Restaurants<\/a> and cookbook author of THE GREAT LOBSTER COOKBOOK, in partnership with Samuel Adams<\/a> beer, will be travelling to Vancouver, B.C., to collaborate with three talented chefs at their respective restaurants.<\/h2>\n

YEW<\/strong><\/a> seafood + bar<\/a>, Jamjar<\/strong><\/a> Folk Lebanese Food<\/a>, and <\/u>The Watershed Grill<\/a>, <\/strong>\u00a0will each craft a\u00a0unique menu alongside Chef Pettit that highlights the fresh ocean bounty from the Pacific Coast and in particular, showcase the sumptuous creations lobster can offer us on a plate.\"YEW<\/a><\/p>\n
