{"id":32352,"date":"2015-10-26T10:21:41","date_gmt":"2015-10-26T17:21:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goodlifevancouver.com\/?p=32352"},"modified":"2026-09-30T16:17:31","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T23:17:31","slug":"modifry-with-mccain-superfries","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goodlifevancouver.com\/staging\/2138\/modifry-with-mccain-superfries\/","title":{"rendered":"#Modifry with McCain #SuperFries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>McCain Fries Deserve More Than Just Ketchup<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While we love a good french fry dipped in ketchup, or even \u00a0better with a little aioli, we decided to kick it up a notch and go for a slightly more posh topping for a recent dinner party!<\/p>\n<p>We featured <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oceanwise.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ocean Wise <\/a>seafood in this &#8220;Seafood Poutine&#8221; and even kept our choices very local. Mix sour cream and goat cheese together. Cut up salmon and crab into small pieces. Divide fries into 6 portions into small containers such as the Chinese take out we used or large ramikens, top with sour cream and goat cheese mix (saving a few tbsp for final plating), then sprinkle salmon, crab, and another dollop of the sour cream mix ontop and then top with caviar. Sprinkle capers and parsley around the caviar (keeping the caviar solo).
